Computer rankings for 2024 Section 2 softball teams through 5/12/24. Rankings were compiled using scores from the 518 softball website. Through 504 Section 2 vs Section 2 games the higher ranked team currently has won 88.49% of the time (446-58). The 58 retrodictive losses equate to teams either splitting their matchups or an “upset” by a the winning team on that day according to the season long rankings.
